Pulse Garden is developed and published by TRANER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Pulse Garden.

Information Collection and Use

Pulse Garden does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal or sensitive user data. The app does not use accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or identifiers for profiling.

Touch interactions, the selected visual theme, and procedurally generated flowers are processed locally on your device. Limited interface and composition state may be retained temporarily by the Android operating system to restore the app after a configuration change. This information is not sent to us or any third party.

Permissions and Network Access

Pulse Garden works completely offline. It does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or external-storage permissions.

Third-Party Services

Pulse Garden does not include third-party advertising, analytics, social-media, or data-collection services. The app uses Android and Jetpack platform components solely to provide its on-device functionality.

Your app-store provider may independently process information related to downloading, purchasing, updating, or securing apps. That processing is governed by the provider’s own privacy policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

TRANER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED does not receive or retain user data from Pulse Garden. The app has no user accounts or cloud records. Any locally managed app state can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

Children’s Privacy

Pulse Garden does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Security

Because the app does not transmit user data to us, no user-data database is maintained by TRANER (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED for Pulse Garden. App activity remains on the device, subject to the security controls of Android and the device owner.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is made.
